We had a short but fabulous stay at Carmelito 1. Not only was the apartment cosy and well equipped with all amenities that you need, but also Noelia was an absolutely great and unforgettable host, very welcoming and that kind of person that you connect with immediately. The apartment was very well equipped, newly done up and so nice and clean. Cristina was so helpful with providing a cot and high chair for our baby. The sun loungers and outside shower in addition to the roof terrace were lovely, as was the outside dining table. We even went to the private pool, shared with the other apartments in the El Trigal bungalow complex. We hope to come back - it was so perfect staying there and so close to everything we needed: the golf course restaurant, the river and path down to the beach, the Faro shopping centre with supermarket. Thank you Cristina!

Contact with owner, Gonzalo, went smoothly through Whatsapp. Housekeeper Juani handed the keys upon arrival and took care of the return of deposit on the day of departure. House has a lovely enclosed terrace. Communal pool is great. During the day we had it practically to ourselves until the evening hours when the residents came home from work. Supermarket Mercadona is a 5 minute walk away and Meloneras beach about a 15-20 minutes walk. There is plenty of space for a rental car outside the complex. Faro Maspalomas (lighthouse and boardwalk) can be done within a 30 minute walk, a taxi takes you there for about 5 or 6 euros.

We had such an amazing stay at this apartment - the view from the terrace is incredible. I spent an hour in the morning just sitting and sipping a coffee. We are a family with two children and loved how quiet it was - I believe it's mainly a residential complex and we had the swimming pool to ourselves. Jose met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and the keys.

Location- the apartment is located in calm and peaceful part of Maspalomas. You can find well-equipped SPAR shop and good restaurants in walking distance. The nearest bus stop is approx. 300 m from the apartment, so you can easily get to every corner of the island or the city. Host- Fernando is perfect host. He gave us detailed information how to get into apartment and on request have a lot of useful tips where to go in order to have a good lunch or dinner. The appartment- cosy and comfortable small terraced house with all necessary equipment. on the ground floor you have a kitchen with living room and small toilet. on the first floor you have a slipping room with one big bed, and one quite big bathroom. Everything is very clean. All and all, we strongly recommend this place!
