From the moment we arrived at Villa Lapin Kulta, an idyllic retreat on the shores of Lake Inari, we loved everything about it: in particular the stylish interior design, the incredibly comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the cosiness, the spacious wood-fired sauna and the magnificent VIEW from the huge floor-to-ceiling windows. It was a privilege and a pleasure to spend our long weekend immersed in the pristine natural beauty of the Arctic wilderness. We were lucky enough to view the Northern Lights from the hot tub on the night we arrived and also experienced snowshoeing for the first time, thanks to the (high-quality) winter sports equipment provided. Communication with Niina was excellent, from booking to departure. It really was a perfect and truly memorable stay.

Extremely positive feedback, extremely hospitable host (French), extremely good memories. The loghouse is located in the forest at the shore of a small lake. We arrived with intention to stay one night only and to continue exploring Lapland, but we immediately prolonged our stay + one day. The property is located next to a husky farm, which is the main winter business of the host. BBQ area next to the house. Genuine sauna (on wood) inside, steam bath as well, whatever you prefer. We were provided with timber for the sauna for free, we also participated while the hosts were feeding the dogs. My 8 yo daughter really enjoyed it. Real Lappish experience.

A true lapland experience in a beautiful location close to Inari but in the forest. Sauna and fire 🔥 were amazing and living room very cozy. There were also reindeers to feed, a beautiful trail just close to the house and a lot of things to do. Marko was a very kind host. A special place ✨️!

The location is simply amazing, on a frozen lake and the only neighbours are reindeers. The surroundings are beautiful There is enough space to relax, cook, watch tv, take a sauna after a day in the snow We got to enjoy the northern lights just by going out the cabin and down to the lake. There is absolutely no light pollution, and if the sky is clear, all you can see is stars, planets and northern lights Definitely worth the 15' walk to/from the parking lot, we really enjoyed those moments spent looking around us A special thanks to Matt who was really nice and helpful
