A fantastic house, really homely, everything you need is here, very modern, aesthetically pleasing design. Our host Richard were very helpful, provided very detailed information about the location of the house prior the arrival. In the morning Richard recommended to see the Peacehaven Undercliff Walk and The South Downs to make the stay more memorable. Fantastic base to explore what the area has to offer. Would highly recommend staying in Kelp House, coffee selection was excellent as well!

This is a really exceptional house. The location is perfect - just minutes from the sea and town centre – and the interior is truly amazing, with lots of interesting touches that make it a unique place to stay. There was plenty of space for our big family group, with a very well-equipped kitchen with an abundance of mugs, plates and glasses, a large dining table, and a very comfortable and cosy lounge with plenty of seating. The woodburning stove made it very difficult to actually leave the house and head out to freezing cold Brighton! The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and we even managed to sit out on the pretty roof terrace and enjoy the views, well wrapped up against the cold. The hosts were just lovely - very communicative and extremely helpful, particularly when it came to sorting out extra beds. I couldn't recommend this house enough!

The property is magnificent! Very spacious accommodated 7 of us and two small dogs . very clean and very comfortable bedrooms.easy access into Brighton by taxi which are reasonably priced. Rachel who met was amazing very helpful and informative of the area . Would definitely return.
