This is an extremely beautiful machiya. The rooms, the bathroom and the kitchen were very well equipped and decorated. The machiya is also located in a walking distance from the train station and the most popular tourist points of interest (e.g. the castle, Kenrokuen, Oumichou Market etc.). This was an ideal stay, I have nothing to point out :)

Absolutely lovely place to stay. The host, Mr.Hitty, was so kind and showed us around the house. We got beautiful presents, we really do appreciate it. There was a sake bottle in the fridge, what a nice surprise. Flowers were so pretty, our hosts wife had done it. The house was old and full of charisma, and air-conditioning worked like it should. Toilet was super 👍 We fell in love with Kanazawa and our stay in Kanazawa Machiya Kenroku ❤️
