An amazing house, lovingly renovated to include modern touches with a traditional feel. Kitchen space was perfect for cooking, garden area was lovely for an afternoon beverage while looking at the mountains. Showers were warm and the river near by was a refreshing dip after a long day hiking. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you very much to Oddleif and Synnøve for sharing your property with us.

It’s beautiful located around the mountains with the lake nearby. It’s take just 15 minutes in to AAndalsnes where you can find the cable car, golden train, play ground for kid’s and different shops. The beds were nicely made up when we arrived, and the hostes were easy to reach and very friendly. Every light uses bluetooth, even the jacuzzi for music and music in the bathroom. A very quiet place that gives you so much peace. The house is so stunning that even the rain could not ruin the amazing trip. Our kids that is 1 and 6 years loved it, and so did we. Hope we can come back!

Very pleasant. Beautiful view across the fjord. Easy trip on the road to Andalsnes for provisions. Great access to the wonderful passes of Trollstiggen and Trollvegen, also the surrounding fjords. Lovely walking. We were just beginning to discover some of the old walking paths up the mountains above the fjord. Splendid! The Romsdalsgondalen cable cars are excellent. Also the Eggen Restaurant and footpaths at the top. Spectacular views. Local cafes, restaurants and bistro are very good. Great food. The shopping is also very good. Ferry across the Landfjorden (to Molde) is regular and quick.
