This is a very well located holiday home, only 300 metres away from the sea. The accommodation facilities are complete, especially the new and luxurious kitchen and bathroom equipment. The bedding is very clean and comfortable, but the pillow smells a little sweaty. The double garage is large enough, but the studio below is a little damp, so it's better to ventilate more at ordinary times. Debbie was a great host with the right amount of communication when needed. We left a jacket at the guest house and she was quick to post it over to our home address. Had a great stay.

This house is the dream for nature lovers. Surrounded by old trees, you can hear and watch the birds all around the house, and the very friendly owner helped us identify them, showed us the cute possum leaving in the backyard, and also gave us very good advices to go around Port Stephen’s. The house is spacious, decorated with very personal items, that makes it warm and welcoming. The location is ideal for hikers to reach 2 beaches nearby and walk along the coast, where we were lucky to see many whales, a sea lion and flocks of dolphins. All our family keeps a very unique memory of this place.

Sunsets and sunrises at Birubi Headland nearby were stunning and surf was good.

The location was great! Nice and close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, small beaches, the marina all in walking distance. The holiday rental was a nice little containment with air con and wifi access. I appreciated the undercover parking and porch. Would definitely stay at this property again ☺️

Woodlands Sunsets Soldiers Point - Whole Property ligt in Soldiers Point, op 13 minuten lopen van Kangaroo Point Reserve Beach, en is voorzien van aan het strand accommodatie met een tuin en gratis... Location was great for our annual family girls weekend plenty of space. One of best stocked stocked kitchens with everything you need and spares. Would definitely stay here again.

Joyce is zeer behulpzaam en het is zeer schoon en comfortabel! Het is een oase van rust en het zwembad maakt het hele plaatje compleet!!! Zeker een aanrader als je naar deze omgeving komt aan de kust van NSW Australië!🇦🇺
