The property features inner courtyard views and is 1.9 km from Postiguet Beach and 1.9 km from Alicante Train Station. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The host went above and beyond to greet us when we checked in and gave us a full tour of the place! He was very accomodating and ensured we would have everything we would need for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need to cook and there was even a washing machine! All the beds were nice and clean for us and we were provided with more than enough towels for our stay. The location was decent, only about a 15 min walk to the center and about 20 minutes from the beach. There is also a Mercadona nearby which is very convenient.

Located within the Albufereta district in Alicante, Casita con encanto a 200m de la playa has air conditioning, a patio, and quiet street views. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. Extremely cozy appartment - spacious and on a nice, quiet street. Location is perfect for vacation: Close to several tram lines going directly into Alicante city center, but also a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars and a small shop - and on to the local beach! From there, another tram line goes into city center as well. The house is clean and cozy, excellent kitchen facilities, two bathrooms and a porch as well as 1st floor veranda area (great when the weather is warm). Communication with owner was easy and efficient. Everything worked perfectly and we were very happy with our stay!

There is also accommodation available for disabled guests. Apartment and the views are breathtaking 🤩 It’s located on 11th floor . Lots of restaurants around and private swimming pool and beach. Everything looks like on pictures. Highly recommend

Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. 3 friends stayed here for 2 nights . Very clean, great beds,fab house., fantastic veranda at the front. Owner wad very friendly and helpful. Will def go back again
