The village is 10-15' walk away in winter, as you can walk across the frozen lake, and the surroundings are really nice for longer walks. The facilities in the property are first class. Response from the host was immediate and always helpful. The hottub was the icing on the cake. We also really enjoyed the fact there were some items left in the property for our use. (Salt, sugar coffee etc). So many rentals we stay in put these items in the rubbish bun when they are full. We found lots of these condiments in the presses and were able to cook easily with the provided utensils.
