A warm heater in the lounge which looked like an open fire added to the lovely ambiance. In the the backyard we discovered another wonderful surprise, including a well equipped laundry room. A Truly Delightful Stay at [Number 22 Castle street] From the moment I walked into my appartment, I was captivated by the elegance and comfort it offered. The design struck a perfect balance between modern sophistication and cozy charm. The room was impeccably clean, with high-quality furnishings that made it feel more like a luxurious retreat than just an appartment room. The bed was an absolute dream—plush, supportive, and adorned with soft, premium linens. I had some of the best sleep in recent memory. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the subtle lighting that created a relaxing ambiance to the thoughtfully placed outlets for convenience. The bathroom was another highlight. It was spacious, featuring a rainfall shower and a soaking tub that felt like a mini spa experience. The complimentary toiletries were high-end and smelled divine, adding a touch of indulgence to my stay. I particularly appreciated the little extras: a welcome basket with snacks and beverages, a coffee and tea with quality pods. The view from the window was spectacular, offering a serene glimpse of the town street

Something a little different from your standard holiday accommodation. The annexe is actually a separated two floor small-house. It has a rustic farmhouse feel, so not luxurious, but has a unique charm. The grounds a very quiet and private. There is a handy fridge, freezer, and other appliances. I went in a car so wanted private, secure parking, and this was perfect for that. The owner Mike was friendly, and helpful in messaging before and during stay, and I met him when I was leaving and we had a friendly chat.
Lovely stay at rural cottage retreat!! Just what we needed to have a great weekend in Wales. Cottage was in a stunning location close to Abergavenny and really well looked after.
Excellent top-quality cooked breakfast. Location was very good in pleasant village close to Brecon Beacons and easily accessible via Heads of the Valley road. A couple of good local pubs within walking distance.

Lovely big room with fabulous views of the mountains; a big bathroom with a separate ornate bath. The bed was big and comfy and we had a fridge with a bottle of milk which was a very nice and welcome touch. Bathrobes and slippers added a touch of luxury. The staff were very helpful and attentive.
The staff were all very sweet, helpful and welcoming. The room was nice and cosy and the food in the restaurant was absolutely superb! You have to try the Kathmandu Chilli Chicken. The location in the village of Telgarth was beautiful.
The property is exceptionally clean and bright; a homely retreat and fabulous location. Less than 5 minutes drive and you are on the mountain valley roads, a stunning run out and a short cut to surrounding villages. A generous welcome pack, plus a cupboard full of essentials that previous holiday makers have left. Sharon and her neighbours are all lovely; very helpful and easily contactable. Well worth the money - highly recommended.
