The lovely hosts are always trying to improve these already excellent cabins by adding more thoughtful details. I loved the skylight above the bed. Best light for reading. Drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling above you. Great Deeside walks just outside the front door. Perfect cosy place for two; I’d say fitting four in here might get a little cramped, especially if you’re going to leave 4 people’s luggage lying around randomly. Hot tub a nice feature. One commenter complained about not being able to use it in the rain, which, frankly, is weird. When you’re immersed in hot water, the rain can’t touch you. The hosts were extremely friendly, and, in my case, literally went that extra mile! Big thank you to Karl, Bess, and Stacey!

This was our second stay at the Hideaway and it was just as lovely as the first time. We were welcomed to a warm home, which was lovely on a cold December day. The house had Christmas decorations which we thought was a very nice touch. Everything was just as great as last time - well equipped kitchen, very good shower, comfy bed and seating, fast WiFi. Our dog was very comfortable here too and we appreciate the dog bowls and dog mat. No complaints its a clear 10/10 for us. Thank you for another wonderful stay x

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the heart of Speyside! The accommodation was spotless, quiet and comfortable — the perfect place to relax after exploring the nearby distilleries and countryside. Lou and jan were truly exceptional hosts: warm, welcoming, and full of local tips that made our visit even more special. You can really tell how much care they put into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The location was fantastic, a quite location set still only a short drive along the road for the village. The tiny house was such a high standard, when I seen the pictures before booking and then the size of the house I thought no way it’s that big in side but it really was.

The Apartment was so comfortable and very clean. Loved watching the sunrise from the living room it was just spectacular. Comfortable beds and comfortable sofas. We didn't want to leave. We will definately be returning to this beautiful place.

The property has garden views and is 49 km from Elgin Cathedral and 26 km from Corgarff Castle. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Very cosy and tranquil. The Den is very comfortable, the hosts are great, helpful people, the sheep and birds greet you every morning and evening. Wonderful place for stars gazing at night and relaxation and a great area with plenty of walks and places to visit close by.
