It was fully out fitted with everything you could need. Very comfortable bed and living area. Great jacuzzi with jets. Loved it. The Katakis family were very gracious and generous hosts and organised car hire for us as well as allowed an early check in. The welcome treats were an added bonus. Melanie and her Husband were really nice and the place looked great! The garden was cute and we had a lot of space there. The outdoor shower was very romantic. We also saw shooting stars one night lying on the outdoor couch. It was an amazing experience. We will definitely visit again if we come back to crete.

Limosa is an oasis in the middle of Kissamos. The villas are top notch: * modern design * fully furnished and incredibly well equipped * spacious rooms * comfortable beds * family/kids friendly (highchair, baby-bed, swimming pool for kids&adults, playground 8 min waking distance) * A/C and shutters in every room * easy walk to the center of Kissamos, supermarkets and many tavernas offering delicious food and great service. I wish this was my house! The staff have a friendly attitude and cleanliness is a top priority for them. No doubt that the villas are amazing but the soul of this place is Christopher. We appreciated his warm hospitality, his reviews about the local area (restaurants, bakeries, attractions, medic centers), his approach being on hand for our questions. But we were really impressed by his passion, honesty and commitment to go the extra mile helping his guests to feel home and establishing a real connection with them. We won’t forget our stay at Limosa and Christopher!

Our host was very nice with us and helpfull. We decided to stay one more night because we felt so good.

We enjoyed this beautiful house and felt like home. It is way more beautiful than on the pictures.

The location was far enough away from the main attractions that you could enjoy a quiet and peaceful day/evening. And close enough that you could reach the beach and restaurants within a couple of minutes. The villa was lovely, clean and contained everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The pool was fantastic as well. We had use of a hire car, which made travelling and sight seeing very easy. You could reach the local bus stops within a short walk up/down the hillside.

The view is spectacular and just can’t be beat. We were treated to a little cake upon arrival and a homemade beeswax upon leaving. Next time, I want to stay longer. The beaches within a short drive are fantastic as well. But really, I just wanted to hang out at the beautiful villa.
