Giorgos, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Clean and cosy accommodation with a beautiful view of the sea and a private pool and parking. We loved being there although we came in autumn and couldn´t enjoy the evenings on the terrace. The beach is around 100 meters down the hill and it is partly sand and partly rocks. Nea Peramos with supermarkets and restaurants is around 15 minutes drive east. Our host Christos helped us with our questions when we needed.

Right at the top with the best accommodations I’ve had over the last 2 months of cycling through Europe! Right from my arrival I received a warm welcome that included ouzo and chocolate. The owner takes great pride in his property, as he should. There is a great attention to detail, from utensils to flowers on the patio, to the apartment being professionally decorated. I had originally planned on having breakfast at a local restaurant but changed my mind so I could enjoy the relaxing patio.

From the very beginning, our stay was beyond special – Kostas surprised us with a free upgrade from the king studio we had booked to an incredible two-bedroom apartment, and that thoughtful gesture set the tone for everything that followed. He even helped us find a free parking spot near the villa, which made our arrival so easy. The apartment was stunning: beautifully renovated, full of charm, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the old town. It had every comfort we could think of, plus thoughtful extras like a high-quality coffee machine, a selection of homemade treats (we were lucky to visit during Easter and got to enjoy traditional tsoureki), and a balcony with the dreamiest sea view. The view from the balcony was straight out of a postcard — overlooking the sea, the old walls, and the charming rooftops — while the inside felt like stepping into a warm, vintage dream. We also bought and enjoyed his own wine, named after the villa – such a personal and lovely touch! Kostas welcomed us so warmly, we truly felt at home. You can feel the love and care poured into every detail of this place. We left with full hearts – and we can’t wait to come back.

Petritis Villas bevindt zich in Iraklitsa in de regio Thracië, dicht bij Strand van Nea Iraklitsa. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. That was the perfect family vacation! There was everything we need for the comfortable rest there, and the location was good. The supermarket is just around the corner, and it even worked on Sunday. The beach is 2-3 min away. All restaurants were near as well. The BBQ zone in the yard was well-equipped. The pool was available even earlier than it's said in the villa's listing. Everything was great! Thank you!

Eva's sweet house beschikt over uitzicht op de zee, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een balkon, op 2 minuten lopen van Strand Palio. The host welcomed us in person even that the keys were left in a key-box next to front door and we could've self check-in on arrival. Very nice lady welcomed us and showed the apartment. The apartment is located very close to the beach, no more than 5 mins walk. The beach is also nice, not crowded, and sandy. Around the location within 5-10 mins walk you can find two bakeries, few restaurants and shops. Also, within 10 mins walk, no more than 5 mins by car, you can find two beach bars. The village is small and everything is within 5-10 mins walk, Kavala is 10 mins drive in one direction, in the other direction is Iraklitsa and Peramos. The apartment is newly renovated, very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with whatever you need for a short or longer stay. We didn't miss anything during our stay. The host answered our questions within minutes and helped us with direction what and where we can find in the area and made our stay even better. In few words, I can only recommend the apartment and the host. You would not regret if you book it.

Adell Oasis is gelegen in Iraklitsa, en biedt accommodatie met een privézwembad, een balkon en uitzicht op de tuin. A PERFECT place with high standards fulfilling even the smaller details. Nice and easy communication with the owner. Close location - a walking distance to the beach and the restaurants. Hope to find time and go back next summer

Next to the waves ligt in Iraklitsa, op een paar minuten lopen van Strand Remvi, en is voorzien van aan het strand accommodatie met een tuin en gratis WiFi. Great location and cosy place! We loved this place as it was perfect for a family of 4. It was great to have discovered another place we could stay at when visiting this beach. The location to the beach and the Frog Lounge and town was great. The place was clean and it really was 31 steps to the sea.
