The apartments A and B are next to each other upstairs, newly renovated, excellent condition and well equipped. Excellent shower water pressure. Location is steps from lambi Beach but quiet. Lots of parking. Yiannia was always responding immediately and even helped arrange car rental for us and took my friend to airport since we had different flights.we had delicious fruit in fridge and bottle of wine welcome. Amazing cannot recommend more.

Magnificent location and wonderful property. Nothing was too much to ask and the staff went out of their way to help plan our stay and make sure we were comfortable and happy. The food was excellent. We simply loved our stay, it was perfect.

Comfortable bed (finally), good WiFi, Netflix option on TV, spacious, hosts amenable to change to ground floor (to save our knees). Access road well sign marked. Quiet.

We’ve had such a lovely holiday, the host Angelo was fantastic from the start, he met us at the villa and gave us lots of information about things to do in the area, he even put together a little guide for us, which was really helpful, he was always on hand with anything we needed, and bought round a gift bag of local produce (cheese, wine, honey etc) which was a lovely touch. The villa itself is brand new, so everything is pristine, there is everything you could possibly need and more, the beds are super comfortable and there is balcony on the first floor, and 2 sun terraces with beautiful views. My favourite thing about the place was the pool, the pictures do not do it justice, it is a really good size and just perfect. Lastly Mastihari is a really lovely little place, we found it not too busy which was a lovely surprise. The villa is 2 minutes away from the beach, where there is plentiful reasonably priced sun beds, some really lovely restaurants, bars and little shops. We hired a car for a few days and visited Kos Town, and some more beautiful beaches on the other side of the island, nothing is very far away as the Island is quite small. The sunset in Zia is also definitely worth a visit. We were all very sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat 🩷
