The property was clean and immaculate when we arrived. The property was cleaned on a daily basis. The private pool was also kept clean. The cleaning services were prompt and regular and a hats off to the cleaning team who did their job exceptionally well. We took their taxi pick up from the airport on arrival and also when departing. We also used their taxi services for full day trips and it was amazing. Nick and Bapak took us around on full day trips and both of them were wonderful in their jobs. We would definitely stay at Juada Garden again when we go back to Bali.

But what really makes the difference is the staff — incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. The service was absolutely flawless. They went above and beyond to assist us, especially when my wife needed to go to the hospital. Their support and advice during that time were invaluable. The massages were excellent, delivered with great professionalism, and the food was delicious — both the hearty breakfasts and the dinners served in the villa. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and warmly welcoming stay. Nunamkhalu Villa and Spa is a truly special experience.
