The rooms were comfortable, and the beach was stunning. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff. A special thank to Asrul and Will who dived with us – the dives were incredible and their company was so nice. Also, thanks to the rest of the team who were so kind and helped us with everything. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, serving excellent home-cooked Indonesian meals, even fresh-caught fish grilled over a BBQ for lunch, and delicious cakes at coffee time. The coral reef just in front of the houses is vibrant and full of marine life, and the beach is always kept spotless. The entire family helps run the homestay, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests can enjoy captivating live music played on handmade instruments and take part in thoughtfully organized day trips for birdwatching, waterfall hikes, and more—all with pristine rainforest just steps from their doorstep.

The accommodation provides full-day security, room service and organising tours for guests. Luky and his family are obviously trying to make your stay as best as it can be. They helped out with all our travel needs and every tour we wanted to do got arranged. The shared dining area is very nice to connect with other people. The food was various and plenty. The rooms and shower/toilet are clean. The bungalow over the water was nice and the little porch with hammock, extra matrass and bed made it an enjoyable stay. The matrass was very comfortable. The hosting family is very friendly and always smiling.

This homestay on Besir island is ideally located near several interests spots in Raja Ampat. The place is calm, only two cabins on the water, connected to a village full of charm. The utilities are on the beach, near the owner's house. It's very clean and has everything required to answer basic needs. Regarding the rooms, mosquito net on the bed, fan, electricity at night, blankets, hammock, sunbed and basic furnitures. All the meals (included in the reservation) are served to your cabin, they vary and are prepared by an great cook! So everything is tasteful and good. No connection except if you get a SIM card on arrival at Sorong's airport but deconnection is great. It's easy to communicate with the owner who speaks well English (rare in Raja Ampat) and he tries his best for you to have the best stay possible. Him and his family are super nice and welcoming while respecting your privacy. I came with a friend and we stayed 3 full days, we had an amazing time there and we can only recommend this place. All the activities we've done through them were memorable, we had a lot of fun. Have a good holiday there!

I found the place to be very clean, tastefully decorated and the food exceptional (best food I had in my three weeks in Indonesia so far: fresh fish caught by our host, Arnes, and grilled to perfection with a multitude of healthy and delicious side dishes cooked up by Lina). With an outdoor fireplace and a picnic area, this holiday home offers ample opportunities to unwind. This is my first 10 experience via Booking, not due to any one factor but the overall experience. This is a wam and caring, well run family all-inclusive Papuan style homestay. Facilites: Very nice beds and linens. Mosquito net a plus! Full bathroom in our unit. Coffee, tea, hot drinking water in your unit available throughout the day. AC was available but we embraced the climate and warmth. Large jug of fresh drinking water in our room. Reef teeming with tropical fish just steps away and ready for snorkeling. Stargazing and storm watching at night amazing from the dock and you must meet Paula the family Couscous! Food: Hostess and cook is excellent. Light breakfast and assorted coffee brought to you daily. Lunch and dinner featured catch or the day, fresh vegetables, rice, potatoes and fresh fruit. Everyday was yummy! Available Tours: this is the best part! Talk to Paulus your host. While you may have a list of "must see" places, listen to what he can offer that will enhance your experience. He really knows his stuff! His knowledge of the area reefs is unmatched in our view. He swims with you, shows you amazing things you'll miss if you follow a list. The family is featured in a 2013 book co-authored by several German marine biologists. The place is centrally located for excursions to Arborek, Frewin Wall, Kri, Gam Bay, Pianeymo, mangroves and so much more We stayed a week and could have stayed longer. This experience was a 10.

Located in Tapokreng, a few steps from Saleo Beach and 2.3 km from Saprokren Beach, Mamatua N Saleo Villa offers a garden and air conditioning. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and room service for guests. I only stayed here one night but it had a good prize considering the beautiful beach front and the AC. Meals are pais apart but it is not expensive. They offer you water and coffee all day. People working there are really nice. They have several cabins but the place has enough space not to feel too close to your neightbors. The deck is also really nice; beach is flat and warm and mostly sand, so it is not a snorkling place.
