It was very comfy and clean, exactly like the pictures. What more can we say when you wake up with birds singing and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. We will be back if we visit Athlone again.

St Johns old Schoolhouse, que tiene vistas al lago, ofrece alojamiento con terraza y patio a unos 15 km de Club de golf Athlone. Nos encantó la casa, que fuera una antigua escuela completamente rehabilitada y decorada con mucho gusto y perfectamente equipada y muy cómoda. Tenía un prado alrededor con ovejas y se veía el lago al fondo. El desayuno no estaba incluido pero la propietaria nos dejó leche, mantequilla y mermelada en la nevera. Fueron muy amables. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

The property is exactly as described, super clean, super comfortable, hot tub was amazing and Claire was an amazing host! There was snow on the ground the night before we were due to arrive and Claire very nicely asked us if we wanted to change to a different date as the roads were so bad but we went ahead and we were so glad we did! Ballyhaunis town was 12 mins away, closer than castlerea and we had a nice Chinese take away for anyone in the future staying in this property! The peace and tranquility is such a win and under 2hrs from Dublin it was perfect for our family reunion. Thank you Claire, we will 100% be back and we can honestly recommend anyone looking for a lovely house away from the world, book this house!! Keith

Katy Kellys Countryside Self Catering Cottage, que cuenta con vistas al jardín, dispone de alojamiento con patio y hervidor, y está a unos 8,3 km de Museo de Roscommon. Had such a beautiful stay. Got to meet the owner and he’s a lovely man. Communication was fantastic. House lovely and cosy. We saw wildlife in the field beside the house. Couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend if visiting the midland country areas.
