When we arrived the heating had been turned on & it was therefore nice and toasty. In April it can still be quite chilly at night, so we really appreciated having a warm house to arrive to. We also stayed at the the main hotel for the 2nd half of our stay, the room there was also clean, comfortable & cosy. There is a large selection of cakes for breakfast, as much coffee & hot milk as you want and also fresh fruit. We drove down to the main restaurant where breakfast was served, which is only a few minutes drive from the apartment in the ancient village. If you are staying in their main hotel area, the restaurant is just a short walk across the courtyard. If you don't speak Italian, no need to worry as Sandra speaks perfect English.

We loved our stay in the farmhouse, the location is pure tranquility and so peaceful but also close to explore the surrounding towns. We received a warm welcome from the hosts Gabriella and Cristian who were very helpful and kind during our stay. The renovation to the farmhouse is beautiful, practical and comfortable. The well equipped kitchen was perfect to prepare lunches to enjoy the lovely garden We hope to return some day. Thank you Gabriella & Cristian.
