I stayed here for my first night in Italy after a long two days of flying from San Francisco. I chose here because they had a shuttle to pick you up at the airport. Roberto was the driver and the most kindest man that ever lived..He picked me up and helped with all my luggage..He took me to a bank to get some Euros and then took me to the grocery store to pick up some things for that night and the next day..Upon arriving at the apartment, it was spotless clean, had a nice kitchen with everything, and the bedroom was quiet and comfortable and had a balcony to sit and watch the planes come in and out..But-- it is not loud..The airlines must have an agreement to fly without much thrust because it was quiet..And inside the apartment you could hear nothing at all..The next morning Roberto came to pick me up and took me to the airport to catch the train and again helped with all my heavy luggage..He was so kind and so nice..I will stay there everytime I fly in or out of FCO.

Everything was excellent. The airport shuttle was great to get us back and forth for our flight. The owners were fabulous and very easy to communicate with.

The facilities were spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, we felt right at home. It is only two blocks from the beach and is very easy to get to by public transport from the airport. Monica (the owner) was incredibly kind from the moment we arrived. She speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier for us. She helped us book our transportation to the airport, which made our stopover in Fiumicino easier. She also gave us some of her special cake ♥️ I loved it and now I need her recipe! We only stayed one night, but we truly wish we had stayed longer. It left us with such a good impression that we would love to come back someday - it really felt like a home away from home.

The check in instructions were very easy and the property owner was very communicative and friendly. The place was really nice, cozy and clean and also updated with modern and charming decor.
