They are both very friendly and welcoming, and it’s clear they enjoy meeting new people. The setup is a shared house situation—you have your own private room with a separate entrance and bathroom, but they live right next door. Laura was very attentive and even checked in with me in the evenings to make sure everything was okay since I was traveling alone as a woman. I really appreciated her kindness and care. She also arranged a driver for me from Port Antonio to pick me up and bring me to the apartment, as well as for my return trip, which made things so much easier.

Very nice place (we rented all 3 rooms) in a really great location with a super-nice view across the ocean during dawn. The kitchen is great and we did some cooking here (necessary utensils were available). All in all a great experience in this relaxing house. Also, the hosts were very nice and helpful (e.g., we forgot a personal item when we left and the host was kind enough to help us out by sending it to a packing station at the airport). Thank you!

In the heart of the most beautiful parish in Jamaica - green and lush Portland. Frenchman's Cove, Blue Lagoon and Boston Bay Jerk are minutes away. (Don't forget the exceptional rafting on the Rio Grande). Close by and nestled on the edge of its beautiful bay, is Port Antonio a town with a real mellow and welcoming vibe. So much to see. Ask around for 'Rock Bottom' and he'll give you the best deals on authentic carvings. Spicy Hill and it's substantial garden is surrounded by a festival of tropical trees and climbers. Great amenities, everything you could ask for. A soothing and restorative tropical treat for the soul. The staff were amazing. Maestro Denny, brilliantly cooked up any traditional dishes we asked for - a tropical treat for the tastebuds. Very helpful for all our needs - escorting us to the market, recommendations, booking stuff, sorting out any travel issues. Literally nothing was a problem. Keith - attentive, helpful, softly-spoken, always smiling, a lovely character - even fixed a wheel on a suitcase! Karen - discreetly keeps the place tidy and clean and a welcome place to return home to after a day out in the sun. A humble character and a beautiful soul. We had the most amazing time, all 7 of us - every day laughter and fun and experiencing something new and different. Richard - you have a great crew there, hold onto them. Great location very nice and clean and shopping centers are just a few steps away as well as the famous Boston beach i wasn't short of anything it's like home away from home.
