It's a good location as long as you have a rental car. (We had two.) Parking was easy. The house is very comfortable. We appreciated that it had a deep bathtub and never ran out of hot water! We also used the washer/dryer several times, though it takes hours to complete a full cycle of washing and drying.

The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked/well-equipped and the beds were nice and comfy. Close to the ski resorts: 5 minute drive to Annupuri and 17 minutes to Grand Hirafu. Roads and driveway were plowed after a night of snow.

The kitchen, the 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms! The auto washlet was amazing! The view out the windows are amazing! Everything was nothing short of amazing! Our host, Michiko-san, attended to us as we arrived and explained everything so well. We got free gifts, coffee beans and home-made granola. She even provided baby cot, baby blankets, baby wipes etc for our baby.. and prepared the kitchen area to be baby-safe! We didn’t need to ask for it. There’s projector for us to watch TV. Basic kitchen appliances, utensils and ingredients for cooking like salt, vege oil etc, were all provided. We are beyond thankful for her kind hospitality!
