The staff was exceptional. We had a freak crisis (somehow got locked out of one of the rooms) late on a Sunday evening. We were able to reach the owner and the staff come and someone was able to help us.

I would definitely recommend this place 100% if you are looking for a getaway weekend plan far in an wilderness kind of setup.
