We especially appreciated the courtesy staff who went above and beyond to make my brother's birthday a memorable occasion. As a vegetarian family, we were initially concerned about dining options. However, the kitchen staff were incredibly accommodating, creating delicious and healthy breakfast alternatives that surpassed our expectations. The property itself is teeming with wildlife, with numerous birds and animals spotted throughout our stay.

Free private parking is available on site. This is a total gem of a hotel. Only 4 rooms, so very private and looking out to a spectacular view of the ocean with epic sunsets every evening. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the property is well maintained. Breakfast is amazing! Made to order and super quality and choice. We opted for the delicious sri lanka breakfast and sampled lots of local dishes. The kids had western breakfast with choice of eggs, full breakfast, waffles, or pancakes. The staff are fantastic, providing 5 star service with a smile and a chat. Thanks so much Deshan and Colin for making our stay so special.

They are tastefully designed while allowing a lot of light. High ceiling in the bedroom (upstairs) creates a light, spacious feel. Bathroom was cleverly planned and kept clean. Access to a private beach allows a very peaceful stay. You can watch the ocean while dipping in the pool.

Unawatuna Beach is a 10-minute drive away while it takes 15 minutes by car to reach Galle Fort. Very elegant building. Large, elegant room with beautiful view on the garden. Excellent breakfast on a nice balcony. Beautiful pool among tropical trees. Super comfortable bed. And above all: very helpful and friendly staff. We were even brought by tuk-tuk to the train station upon departure.

Adjacent to Unawatuna Beach, Sergent House is set in a boutique villa showcasing colonial architecture and originating in the 1800's. It is a three minute walk to the Unawatuna Beach and a 15 minute drive away from the historic 16th - 17th century Galle Fort. Absolutely beautiful Hotel. I would like this to be my home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in this area.

This is a wonderful, spacious property that's perfect for groups. We traveled with friends and had a fantastic time at Calm Villa. The host was incredibly accommodating, fulfilling our additional requests and responding promptly to all our needs throughout our stay. The villa is neatly maintained and well-equipped. The patio area provided a lovely outdoor space for our group to gather, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The host also arranged generous breakfast portions for us each morning, which was a great touch.
