The property was cozy and provided a wonderful connection to nature and above our expectations. The view of the Northern Lights from the house was breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings made it an ideal getaway and a perfect Christmas.

It was an easy walk across the river to Ice Hotel and Sami Museum as the lake was frozen and the weather was good in the afternoon during our stay. The host is very friendly and helpful. The host gave a little nice tip about where to try the best semla in Sweden (it was on our way to Stockholm), it was really great! The property is located on a little island so it should be a great place for relaxation and also in summer (we were off season)
