Villas in Pattaya

it is really LUXURY villa, the technology and the decoration inside it was spectacular and no need keys its only a passcode for the doors also inside it was more beautiful than the picture in the website. The owner is very kind and helpful with some information that I needed and also he was 24hour on the line whenever you need him he will answer you. the value of the property was very good and suitable for everyone if you compare it with others. I highly recommend to book this property. its really exceeded my expectations.

The location is ok cause it's next to beach but tower part is next to beach, the beach villas are farther back

When we arrived we could not get the Key Box Lock to open due to Oxidation. The View Talay Villas maintenance man had to remove the key box so that we could retrieve the keys. I purchased a new key lock box and had it installed at my expense. It should be noted that we were not met by a host which we were advised that we would be.

The main pool is nice and the restaurant and common area are pretty with lots of seating. If the property was well maintained and the villas actually had the privacy advertised, this would be a nice place.

Staff arranged for my booking to a poolside villa with no other guests occupying the four other villas at the pool. Great facilities, big bedrooms,, comfortable beds and very clean.

The villas with own pool are great. I came here every holiday since 2017.

Excellent private pool villa and peaceful private beach. Staffs are very friendly, Near supermarket, fruits shop and many cafes and restaurants. Good holidays home for group of family&friends.

The beachfront villa that we stayed was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was perfect. Our pool was really good with amazing views of the main pool and the beach. We will definitely stay at U Pattaya again.

5 days & 4 nights, 10 of us booked a private villa with 5 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms and a private pool. Excellent location, easy excess to the local baht bus to more places from south to north of pattaya. Btw the karaoke system in our pirvate villa was a plus, we had a great time drinking Chang beer and singing karaoke all night long in the privacy of our own.
