The property and our room were beautiful. We used the private pool every night and watched the sunset. We were basically the only ones on the resort due to low season but the staff were amazing and still took great care of us. There is no reception or anything but we were given a WhatsApp number in which we were able to message them with any questions and they would reply right away. The resturant was pricey for Thailand but we still ate there basically every night cause the food was amazing!! Would definitely recommend!!

If you want to escape the macrotourism of Thailand, this is the place. A bit more inland from the Khao Lak coast Sawasdee Homestay is a family owned business with beautiful new clean houses and all the amenities. The owners help you with your stay with practical tips to do in the area and they do their own cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They speak English and French fluently. It was also possible to rent a scooter for 300 bht / 24hrs to discover the amazing nationals parks nearby. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Very cozy cottages that is worth to stay there. Staff is super friendly and helped us organizing scooters and guided tours to surrounding island. They offered us a pick-up from and to the pier. Food and drinks are really great in an very relaxed atmosphere. The location is very new, the pool was just about to be built, but did not cause any (noise) disturbance. The pool should be build in the meantime. Definitely a place we (family with two children) can recommend for couples, friends and families enjoying the authentic travel experience. We will visit again 🙏.

Everything about the property is amazing, for families, single people to have fun, couples I mean its for everyone who loves comfort and peace in Thailand. We travelled with 10y old son and the pool and everything was as amazing as it gets. Sandy, Adrian everyone was so helpful with organising everything making sure our transfers from Phuket to Koh Yao Noi were booked, they organised scooter we requested, everything was beyond exceptional, we will definitely come back.
