The property is big and perfect for families with children — our kids had plenty of space to run and play freely. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The villa was amazing! Clean and comfortable, well equipped. Stunning views of Kalkan. Pool, a bit chilly as for time of year but fantastic all the same. Loved it!

Villa was absolutely spotless on arrival! It's conveniently located less than a 10 min drive to Kalkan town, and a couple of supermarkets right at the bottom if you need anything. All of the bedrooms are a great size, and facilities are excellent - both indoor and outdoor pools, and even sauna! The sea view is stunning too!

All I can say is WOW. I was not expecting this level of cleanliness, comfort and high quality service and decor from an apartment holiday rental. The name really lives up to its name, Belek LUXURY, The apartment was spotless, cleaner than many 5 star hotels I’ve stayed. The bonus was when we found out there’s no shoes worn in the apartment. Everything was of high quality, the bed linen was beautifully woven Cotton, and so crisp and white. The furniture land apartments look so new. The grounds are very well kept and the pool looks delightful. I loved how secure the property is, surrounded by high security fencing and a secured gate at entry. Now the service. Wow what amazing service. Mohsin, the manager of the property, went far and beyond our expectations. He greeted us at the gate and took our bags. Shows us around and offered his help at anytime. He even provided us with extra blankets and towels for the kids. The fridge was filled with water and juice box, everything was so thoughtfully considered. Mohsin was like a protected father, when we couldn’t get a taxi he dropped us off at the theme park which was so conveniently close. Everything is close by, shopping centre. Land of legends, restaurant, everything is less then 7 min away. Mohsin stayed up for us when we were out late, and offered to pick us up, such a wonderful person. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, and when there was a power outage at 3am in the morning, Mohsin answered his phone immediately and went outside to check what the problem was, it was a power outage out of his control, some electric company issue that this was fixed within 30min. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return to Antalya. Such beautiful and humble hospitality in a beautify modern and extremely clean complex with all the amenities you need. And the price was amazing. You’d pay 5 times as much for a resort that had the same modern and clean finishes and amazing service

Large apartment with perfect facilities, large terrace with beautiful views over the sea, we liked the way via small stairs through the magnificent garden to the pool area, but there is also a shuttle service, very friendly and helpful host, we would love to come back.

We loved lounging in the sun and taking refreshing dips at any time of day. The villa itself was luxurious and spacious, with modern amenities, cozy bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor dining area was ideal for breakfasts in the sunshine and evening meals under the stars. The best part? The location was just minutes away from Land of Legends—an added bonus for thrill-seekers and families! We could easily visit the theme park and water attractions while still enjoying a peaceful retreat at the villa. Our host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, even surprising us with delicious Turkish delight on our last day—a sweet ending to an amazing holiday. Their hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for luxury, convenience, and a touch of Turkish warmth.

Villa Miramar Kalkan beschikt over een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een terras, en biedt accommodatie in Kaş met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de stad. We had a wonderful week at Villa Miramar in Kalkan. The Villa itself was well equipped and had all we needed, a lovely pool and small supermarket and restaurants close by (<5 minutes’ walk) Unfortunately we had an issue with a toilet on the top floor that started on day one, but the owner was fast and helpful and solved the problems short after. Last time we were in Kalkan was in 2017 and a lot happened since. There is huge more offers of restaurants and bars, but the price range has changed to at least >25% during that time, maybe also due to covid in 2020>. We had a very wonderful time in Kalkan and especially in Villa Miramar, that we would recommend at any time.

Quite place on the top with a city and sea view. There is all features in the villa’s facility: dishes, barbecue, wash and dish machine, very nice pool, comfortable veranda and etc. I want to come back here again.
