Stayed for 1 night only... sadly – should have booked more. The place is peaceful and right on a calm stretch of beach. Staff was chill, no stress. No loud music, just waves.

Ricardo was by far the best host I’ve encountered. Definitely will book again!

Jambiani Villas offers a peaceful beachfront retreat with three properties located 350 meters apart in Jambiani. Each property features outdoor pools, free WiFi, and lush tropical gardens. The location and staff were great. Food and service at restaurant was great.

Emerald Villas by Paje Emerald Escapes Ltd está en Paje, a 7 min a pie de Playa de Paje y a 36 km de Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park. Stunning villa with all the essentials. Lesley who looked after us during our stay was super helpful. I would happily stay here again.

The villa was beautiful and luxurious, with endless hot water and everything perfectly clean. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

The luxurious rooms were amazing, and the sauna was a highlight for my family—it truly made our stay unforgettable. A big thank you to Chef Ochu for the delicious meals and the entire team at the restaurant. The wooden finishing in the restaurant added such a warm and unique atmosphere, making every meal even more special. The experience with the horses was another memorable part of our trip—riding on the beach was just awesome. Besides the place being spotless, the horses were well-maintained, and the trainers were charming and polite as well. Thank you, Royal Apartments team, for such a memorable stay! We hope to visit you again on our future holidays.

Villa Andreá, que tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín y terraza, dispone de alojamiento en Zanzíbar con wifi gratis y vistas al mar. Our host was friendly (edit: until she read this review and became dishonest and insulting) and generally available. She checked on us frequently and offered her help. The house and garden are spacious and well-decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is quiet and secure. Edit : Im sorry that you don’t accept any review which is not 10 out of 10 without calling your guest lier. I firstly gave good (7) but after your response my experience with this property and its host became disappointing (4). I informed you about the water in the kitchen on August 14th at 8:12am. You answered me at 8:14 “…I’ll pass by a bit later to show you how it works” assuming we misused the washing machine. I checked out on August 15th. The leak was reported more than one day before check out and not “a few hours before” as you claimed. That’s a shame we are not authorized to attach screenshot of watsapp conversation. It would show clearly who is the lier here. About the staff, you speak only about the cleaner which was effectively announced each times. The staff for the garden, the swimming pool and the roof came unannounced each times. That’s why I wrote “MOSTLY”. I understood that it didn’t disturb your other guests by reading other reviews that’s why I wrote “to our liking”. I can’t be more accurate than that. I’m sorry that you find my remark about outside activities (full moon party, quad, horse riding, sunset dhow cruise…) irrelevant but I disagree. In my opinion it’s connected to the property and especially its location. Most activities are located in Nungwi and Kendwa, it’s 1h30min far from the property and will cost 50$ by taxi each times. It’s my mistake to not check locations before. I just reviewed this to avoid others to do the same mistake. Lastly my comment about the beach is totally accurate, the property is “far from the beautiful beaches…” I never spoke about your advertisement or suggested anything about it. Your advertisement is totally accurate.

Kamili Villas, Bwejuu, Zanzibar tiene vistas a la piscina y se encuentra en Bwejuu. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. Everything was excellent, from staff to amenities and cleanliness. The villas were spacious, very clean with a nice pool in the yard. Nicole and hotel staff were very friendly, hospitable and supportive. Outstanding experience!

KKJ House está en Zanzíbar, a 12 min a pie de Peace Memorial Museum, a 1,8 km de House of Wonders y a 17 min a pie de Hamamni Persian Baths. Everything about this house is perfection. The host exceptional, the location,the proximity the attention to detail. Very accommodative host. Loved my stay. This is my first 100/10 review
