The house is beautiful, has everything you need. The host is friendly and helpful but also left us to our own devices which was great for a group trip. It's right by the beach - 1-2 minute walk and you're on the sand! Dream location.

Incredibly unique and lovely place with a host (Dao) who is always helpful. We loved the fact the hotel faces onto a walkway along one of the tributaries of the Mekong. It can get a little noisy with the river traffic but my family never had an issue with the noise when we were sleeping. And the river traffic just adds to the feel that you are in the middle of the local life. As mentioned previously, the host, Dao, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our requests. She went out of her way to make sure we were able to do our laundry our last night at the hotel and even offered to scooter us to the laundromat. We wish we had more time to stay and chat with Dao but our schedule was pretty packed during our stay.

Cleaning is provided every 2 days, the swimming pool is cleaned every morning. The complex offers a wide range of services, the restaurant is quality, the buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied 500,000 VND/person. We rented motorbikes for 150,000 VND/day/motorbike delivered directly to the house. The villa has a garage, very convenient for motorbikes. There are also taxis outside the resort reception.
