Very functional and no fuss but very pleasant . Very good value for money . All the staff was on point , helpful and lovable ! Will miss them and they made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Actually is better than the photos. Great location, 2 min walk to the river. Great service.Tam the receptionist booked tours for us,she gave us bicycles and ahe was very sweet. Jennie & the Team here are wonderful & extremely helpful. We stayed in the duplex room which is a beautifully designed room, fantastic view and wonderfully comfortable. The whole hotel is clean, swimming pool is cute. Location is also fantastic. 20min walk or 5minute taxi to the Old Town & just a straight road 5min taxi to A Bang beach. On a suburban street that is so pretty and quiet. Ignore any comments about the Rooster/Cockerel next door. It really isn’t loud and you don’t notice it. Multiple breakfast options, with portions that are the right amount to get you going for the day and leaves space to go and explore all the other wonderful food in town. Everything! The location is quiet but you only need a few minutes to walk to be in Hoi An Old Town. It is also only 10minutes from the beach via crab taxi. The house itself is just a beauty. We had the whole place to ourselves and felt instantly at home. Doing early morning swims in the pool. Drinking iced coffee that was provided by the staff and you were able to grab one whenever the mood striked. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and you could even cook as there was a kitchenette in the bigger ones. Breakfast was ordered a la cart the evening before and always yummy and as we were gathering downstairs around the kitchen it felt like family was cooking for us. It was also easy to make on the spot adjustments to our breakfast choices. When one of our group fell sick the staff was so helpful. Running to the market to fetch herbs and also making ginger tea. As for all the organizations around our stay it was all super convenient and even though we had a couple on short notice requests it was always no problem and we were treated so kindly. The owner, Mrs. Hien made sure that we had the best stay ever. I can’t thank her enough for her amazing hospitality.

This is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. I believe great people make experiences memorable. The owner, Nga, and her family were so sweet and special. They took great care of me. They went above and beyond. I got to play chess with her two young boys. They put extra care and attention into the facility. The room was very comfortable, super clean, and had nice sunlight with a balcony. The pool was great and clean. The location is perfectly located just outside of the busy center so it’s peaceful and still close enough to the center and the beach. I will definitely stay here again when I come back!

This must be the most perfect little spot in all of Hoi An. Lovely rooms, amazing home cooked breakfast (local dishes, changing every day), great location a bit away from the tourist filled areas in the old town. Sweet and welcoming host family doing everything to make us comfortable. We have travelled for three months so far, and this place stands out as probably our best choice for accommodation yet.
