The host is super flexible and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I lost a connection flight, arrived there late and he let me check out one hour later so I could rest up a bit longer. He also offers tooth brush, tooth pasteand towels which came in handy as most of my stuff were in my luggage at the airport.

I spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Lodge. I loved the design of the building itself as it felt "homey". The room I stayed in is beautifully designed with Tiffany-Style lamps, a table by the window which overlooked the garden. The bed and pillows were very comfortable especially when I was in much need of a good rest. The white sheets didn't have a spot of stain on them and it matched well with the emerald green painted walls and the Victorian-era style wall paper. The bathroom (though the sink was a little small) was very clean and had a bar of soap, body and hair shampoos. The room by-itself didn't feel like a typical B&B room - it was more like a home away from home. Having read so many good reviews about Paul's breakfast, I did try it. I was pleasantly surprised how it was beautifully laid out on a tray with the main dish covered with a cloche, bread on a toast rack, poached egg and sausages perfectly cooked. Apparently Paul was a chef. Paul was very helpful and prompt in replying to my messages. Being a first time traveler to London, this was very helpful. I had an early flight out of London and it was so easy that Paul was able to drop me off at the airport.

The quaint rooms are on top of a FABULOUS Italian Restaurant, super easy to take the green line to Heathrow and Tony, the owner, is super nice and hospitable.

Near the public transport, well-connected place. The owner was also nice. You can check-in late and check-out early as well, if you inform them in advance. Which I did. Thanks.
