An absolute dream of a holiday home. The view overlooking the beautiful olive grove, town of Moscenice, and the ocean is really spectacular. There's a lot of love put into every detail, from the wine leaves giving you shade on the terrace to the sun deck with outside shower. Even though the house feels very rural, the amenities are great: The bathroom is modern and clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (even homemade olive oil, if you're lucky). The ideal place for a peaceful holiday.

The view is absolutely the best. The apartment is located on the hill, in a very quiet place. The kitchen is fully equipped, in the bathroom there is a washing mashine, everything is extra clean, there is Netflix available. The apartment is very comfy, its perfect for longer vacation. The host is very kind and helpful, and she speaks in English very well. Although the apartment is up, she let us parking in the town, near the beach, so you can have a free parking place. There is a big terrace with shades. Extra: you can drink local wine from a proper glass. :))))) The garden is cute with a lot of authentic plants.

I and my 4 friends stayed here for one week. The Villa is beautiful, with every confort and fully accessorized. Everything is clean and new. The position is perfect, 10 minutes from the sea but far from the noises and traffic. The hosts are so kind and friendly. We highly recommend this place for your holiday!!!

Great view from the balcony, and nice shaded table on terrace. Juice, water and strudel on arrival were an unexpected and very welcome bonus! Big bedrooms and bathroom, small but well-equipped kitchen, nice living room. Very easy to park. Short (5-10 minute walk) to a small beach, other beaches a short drive away.

Die Aussicht war wirklich klasse. Das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Besitzerin war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Grill, Balkon, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage waren alles super extras.
