The location was beautiful. The staff were always very friendly, even the cleaning lady asked us if her cleaning of our room was good , which it was. The breakfast waiter was lovely very attentive, always making sure you enjoyed the breakfast .

Staff on reception were very friendly, as returning guests after not staying at the hotel for several years we were given a bottle of sparkling wine, which was unexpected and a lovely touch.
In the North of St Helier, Norfolk Lodge has an indoor swimming pool and plenty of free parking. St. Helier's town centre, shops and beaches, are a 10-minute walk away.

Near to castle, fabulous beach, local supermarket/convenience shop, good bus route options.
Not a wide selection of family restaurants/ options in the village (except for a place called The Ranch which had good range of food options and portions were HUGE).

Used our car some days. Parking at the hotel limited, but there was on street parking nearby.

Quiet and relaxing. No tat shops or arcades. No entertainment but easily within a 25 mn bus ride away from St. Helier the capital.
Just a wide expanse of sand and sea with a castle at the end.
Eateries within walking distance serving all tastes and a Morrisons corner shop in the village.
Everywhere clean and smart looking.

We made a pilgrimage to the birthplace of Harry Vardon and needless to say Grouville gripped us.Unfortunately the Royal Golf Club did not make us welcome but this did not surprise me since most golf clubs with a Royal warrant do not have disabled facilities. If you examine the statue of Harry Vardon at the entrance you will notice that Harry is giving visitors the finger .
The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were immaculate.
The swimming pool was bigger than I expected and very inviting. I regret that I didn't make time to have a quick swim.
I really think this hotel is better suited to families, as there is a lot on offer, including a little arcade room.
As a solo traveller, I honestly had a great stay and would consider staying again on my return to Jersey.
Also, there is a bus stop less than a minute's walk, so getting in and out of Liberation was very straight forward.
We have stayed many times before so knew the hotel very well. After the refurb a few years ago, it improved dramatically and the rooms and en-suite remain exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, in good condition. It is good to see a large lounge back in use as well as an area to to bring an evening take away meal back, to eat at tables. The staff are friendly and the breakfast excellent. The location is very good with a bus route nearby and an easy walk into Gorey, to restaurants.
The hotel is located perfectly 2 min from a beautiful beach. Has parking, and a bus stop within 2 min from it. St helier is 30 min by bus, and from there the island is within reach
The hotel is lovely, and comfortable. The room is big, and the bed very cimfirtable. The shower is very good.
The staff was very helpful
There was a much needed fan in the room to help with the heat
Great location. Staff was so caring and very helpful especially Dianna . Hotel and rooms very clean. Lawn area for relaxing on the property was lovely . The view from our room was incredible!
Breakfast was lovely, filling and
Dinner delicious! Pool and Sauna a absolute treat. Bar area and service top notch! Highly recommend!! From BC , Victoria on Vancouver Island, Canada
Location, clean bright rooms, updated bathrooms, full breakfasts, and fantastic staff. Not much interaction with the front desk, but the people that take care of the hotel are lovely. The TV lounge and the dining lounge for dining in with take away food are very nice extras.
The staff here were incredibly helpful and insightful. Great tips and info provided for surrounding area. Room was very comfortable and hotel was close in proximity to lots in the immediate area....
I dint stop after taking a look at the hotel, room sticky carpets grubby paintwork, smelt of cigarette smoke!
No lift, no sea view, no safe all together this hotel was totally mis sold!
Well appointed attractive rooms in Gorey village. Close to Grouville beach and M’ont Orgeil. Frequent convenient bus service (about 15 mins journey) into St Helier.Excellent breakfast.
Excellent hotel, food nice chefs know what they are doing. Having seen several hotel that we'd previously looked at on line they were nothing like as good as Beausite.
Staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was great
