The apartment is located in Hyde Park, 10 minutes away from downtown Austin, in a quiet neighborhood nestled just north of the Ascension Seton Medical Center. A few minutes south of the neighborhood is UT Austin. There are also several parks in or near the neighborhood, as well as golf courses, hiking trails, coffee shops, and restaurants. We have pulled together a few of our favorites from nearby to give you an idea of what you'll have access to once you choose to stay with us. Use our examples, or explore the area and find your own. Shop, eat, and play to your heart's content and be home in time to take a cool dip in our refreshing swimming pool! If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we free parking available in a parking lot right by the unit. If you do not feel like driving during your stay, we are only a 1 minute walk from the Lamar/Justin Bus Stop as well as 5 minutes walk from the North Lamar Transit Center.
