Resort in Caerwys

Luxury bedroom and bathroom, ease of access, only one step in to property and one into the garden, high end finish end finish on all fittings.
The views and walks around the hotel and green spaces were absolutely lovely. The Wales coastal path is just at the edge of the top of the Resort so you can start, finish or continue the walk from there Very convenient. The staff in reception were friendly. The rooms were spacious and surrounded by green areas, very convenient for a quick walk with the dog.
Hotel was OK, it needs a bit of updating but for £60 a night you can't fault it. The location is perfect, no parking but street parking outside is £7.50 for the day and free after 4pm. If you aren't stuck up it's an it'll do hotel. If you want luxury, spend more.
Great location to access various parts of the island from. Room was tired looking but a good size and beds were comfortable. There was a small flatscreen TV, kettle, and sink in the room and the bathrooms were opposite. The description on its website states; ‘An All-Inclusive Stay with Top-of-the-Line Amenities and Unsurpassed Views of the Irish Sea.’ This is interesting as you are quite unable to see the sea which is quite obvious when you see where the hotel is location- inland. I have included the view from our window.
The location was great and easy walking distance to the high street, pier and castle. The house is really stunning and furnished to a luxury standard. The outside raised garden would be great in summer or even in winter with the fire pit going. They had a baby gate to install at the bottom of the stairs (or top if required) which was a nice extra to have.
Great breakfast with lots of choice cooked to perfection. Wonderful hosts with recommendations for eating out. Spotlessly clean extra comfy bed and modern and luxury ensuite
The quality of the furnishings and the overall theme was of the highest standard, everything has been chosen with care to provide a luxury experience. The standard of cleanliness was excellent.
What can I say to give this resort the feedback it deserves - absolutely amazing! I’ve never been to such an incredible resort All the furnishings are top notch, branding is completely on point Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are all amazing - in particular the manager, and service staff Sian and Joan I’ve never been so impressed on all aspects of a stay I don’t want to leave!! And we’ve booked again for the whole family for New Year! Cannot express how happy we all are with our stay 100% recommend - book now!!!
Village staff were lovely and room was nice with the exception of disabled bathroom which was not told about and was a bit grim. No wifi in resort and restaurants charged too high for lack of luxury. Bar staff in main hotel were rude and lack of choice. Glad I’ve visited as setting is beautiful but not value for money village should have luxury bar and restaurants within the grounds. Van used for lifts to castle and main hotel was like a prison van.
