Good location, clean, safe, comfortable, exceptional staff, good free breakfast. It was our first time in Jaipur and we got lots of help from the proprietor. He arranged transportation and suggested a guide who was knowledgeable, dependable, flexible, and some English very well. We had booked a 3-night stay, but extended our stay 2 more days. Our room was accessed from a large, beautiful terrace and the room was large, with a kettle, fridge, and everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful dinner and other snacks from the cafe.

The staff was very polite and tried to accomodate our needs, especialy the dietary as the dinner consisted mostly of spicy Indian food so we were offered the option to select from the menu. The hotel souvenir shop has good quality products at reasonable prices and is highly recommended. The villa we stayed in has a spacy marble bathroom with a shower and a bathtub as well as a nice ambience which attributes a 'home' feeling to the stay.
