Check in and out was efficient, staff friendly and knowledgeable, clean, comfortable bed. Included breakfast, which was delicious, had great variety and was presented. Hotel is so close to the train station.
Holiday Inn Express London Luton Airport is the closest hotel to Luton Airport Terminal Building, just a 10-minute walk away. Shuttle buses run from opposite the hotel to the airport.
There for work. Two great Turkish / Middle Eastern restaurants in town. Both on the high street, one near the middle of town with public car park to the rear of the restaurant, the other towards the north of the town, next to a tyre fitting centre, I park in the tyre bar after they have closed at 6pm. Both restaurants have good service, however both are in the middle to higher price brackets. NOTE::: Traffic calming / speed limit in town centre is 20MPH.

It doesn’t look like the pictures! Offering a breakfast!
It doesn’t look like the pictures! Offering a breakfast! Only to find out the restaurant / breakfast area was up for rent and a big sign outside! Not what it advertised, only stay if it’s the last chance saloon! And you fancy popping a slice of bread in the toaster in the morning! Up side there’s a Macy 100 yards down the road!! Good luck 🤞.

The Sat-Nav made no mistakes and took us into the car-park.This is the worst place I have stayed in.I have the bed bug bites to prove it !!.
If i was a fighter pilot and had a full assortment of bombs and machine gun fire,I would irradicate this place off the map,and save the suffering of paying customers the onslaught of this place.

Have made complaint and booking.com have refused to offer any compensation as they state the hotel deny issues. Shower doesn’t work, WIFI doesn’t work, sofa bed ripped, breakfast is a joke. No milk!!

Nothing worth looking at I.
Nothing worth looking at I. Dunstable .my hubby and I know Dunstable very well we lived in Houghton Regis,,we only use the highwayman during the evenings and to sleep,as we are visiting our family and friends..I am not continuing with the questionnaire as far as I'm concerned I have answered the main questions..
Excellent breakfast, surprised and happy that it had a bar and 24 hr food. Front desk personnel, wonderful, cheerful and helpful. Did note for a newish hotel some decor looking a little worn. Paint in shower on the ceiling peeling in corners. Using a flat paint will not hold up in moisture areas. The flat roof trim above the front doors could do with a power wash. These are nitt picking observations. Will stay again when visiting family thanks
Potentially quiet location, well positioned for the funeral I was due to attend in west Luton the following morning. The heating stayed on all night. Bathroom was exceptionally clean, though spoiled by an almost finished loo roll which should really have been removed. (Yes, there was a new one to replace it.)
I did not order or pay for it, but a full cooked English breakfast would have been available if I had wanted it.
We were upgraded to the room we thought we had booked and it was fantastic. We booked the hotel based on at the photos on booking.com unfortunately the initial room we received was nothing like the photos and we were very disappointed. When we noted this with the hotel staff, they immediate put in the room that we thought we were getting at no extra charge. We were thrilled. We will book again at the hotel.
Had a restful and lovely stay at the hotel whilst doing building works to our house.
Georgia was really helpful when it came to information and making us feel welcome.
She also let me know I didn’t need to stay up in the room but also use the lounge area to work.
The facility is really clean shower and wash facilities are all in good condition.
If you need somewhere to stay guaranteed you will have peace of mind!
the room I had looks like it’s had some work done as I have stayed in many of the rooms and this was by far the best. irrespective of previous room conditions, the rooms are always spotless, water very hot, plenty of towels and excellent staff. the breakfast is good fir me as I am a cereals and toast person anyway.
it’s my choice of hotel when working in Luton
Great location if you going to venue on the High Street or closeby area.
Really clean rooms and fully fitted (communal) kitchen which is great if you rather just make your own meal.
Decent size bed, and comfy (it is very depends of your liking) mattress.
Very friendly stuff. Thank you for the great hosting.
,All the staff (check in, breakfast crew, cleaning) were really kind and hard working. The hotel grounds are good and the communal areas are very pretty with a lovely bar and also outside garden dining area. It's a good hotel if you can get a room with air conditioning at a competitive rate
The place was super clean, and the hosts were super nice. We were happy about the location too, because Cherish House is in a nice, quiet area. If you want to explore the scenery it is just outside your door. We would live here again if we go back to Dunstable.
Booking and the hotel management were very well done. Room cleaning and service were also of a high standard.Location and bus routes to the cebtre of Dunstable were used and staff went out of their way to provide service and were very helpful
Perfect place near the Luton train station (1km walking + 10 minutes by bus) and near the Luton airport (1km walking + 25 minutes by bus). The room was clean, breakfest was nice. I can recommend it for visiting London and surroundings.
Good location for centre of Dunstable. Owner came out fast to try and fix Wi-Fi and replied promptly. Parking was close and cheap, although the car park was very busy and we had to wait for someone to leave to get a parking space.
Room was clean and of a good standard. Quiet hotel. Good location for the event we were attending. Breakfast was lovely - help yourself buffet that had everything you wanted. The public areas were very clean and tidy also.
Most days you could order breakfast from the menu and it was included. On a really busy day for the hotel, there was a breakfast buffet and there were not too many food choices that appealed to me in that breakfast buffet.
Really friendly staff and breakfast eggs cooked to order (rather then all dried up like many hotels)
Rooms aren't posh, but really clean and beds and linen were very comfy. Great value and I'd definitely stay here again.
