We liked the exccellent location on the harbour front and the bedroom had a sea view. The restaurant/breakfast room was very comfortable with views out to the harbour. The breakfast was excellent as were the meals we had at the restaurant.

Quiet and relaxing. No tat shops or arcades. No entertainment but easily within a 25 mn bus ride away from St. Helier the capital.
Just a wide expanse of sand and sea with a castle at the end.
Eateries within walking distance serving all tastes and a Morrisons corner shop in the village.
Everywhere clean and smart looking.

We made a pilgrimage to the birthplace of Harry Vardon and needless to say Grouville gripped us.Unfortunately the Royal Golf Club did not make us welcome but this did not surprise me since most golf clubs with a Royal warrant do not have disabled facilities. If you examine the statue of Harry Vardon at the entrance you will notice that Harry is giving visitors the finger .
Room looked recently decorated, very tastefully done to a high standard and a good size, this room was fab. Having a fridge really helped over the hot weather. I also loved the art work in the room and around the hotel. I was very happy with the continental breakfast, I didn't have the cooked but it looked very nice. Staff always prompt with the coffee pot and the fruit always fresh. Also very near beach and bus stops.
Location is amazing , next to a good golf course , the sea is 2 mins walk from the hotel , good walks along the beach. Buses run between the hotel and Gordy which has a few restaurants and lovely harbour . Ot if you like to walk is only 1 mile along the coast perfect location . This was a business trip but will be coming back for a holiday.
The place is run as this type of hotel should be. The staff at breakfast time were excellent as is the breakfast and this works on a buffet style with coffee/tea served at the table on request. 5 minuet walk to bus stop every 20mins along the coast to st hillier main bus terminal . Would not hesitate to stay again .
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in slightly early too.
The breakfast was great as were the facilities. Lovely indoor swimming pool.
Great location to visit all attractions and the bus stop was outside the front of the hotel. Would recommend
Location, clean bright rooms, updated bathrooms, full breakfasts, and fantastic staff. Not much interaction with the front desk, but the people that take care of the hotel are lovely. The TV lounge and the dining lounge for dining in with take away food are very nice extras.
Everything thing about this hotel is absolutely fabulous.Myself and friend had the most wonderful time and certainly could have stayed longer. The pool was fantastic and used it both days. The breakfast was also brilliant.Staff very friendly and welcoming.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely linen so we slept very well.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and we'd stay there again.
Breakfast very good; even though didn't provide an evening meal, the hotel was good at providing space and cutlery/crockery for brought in meals. Staff were generally very helpful
