Communication pre-arrival and during the stay was excellent. Charlie is so approachable and keen to ensure that the stay is of the highest quality. Carnival is a beautiful and well-kept caravan with everything we needed for a pleasant nights stay. The beds were comfy, the site was quiet which is expected during off-peak anyway, and Carnival was very clean and tidy. Having the little extras was also a blessing. Mom lived on the site back in 86 with her dogs and nanny Goat, so it was lovely for her to reminisce on life before I was born in 87.
